1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the MB Regal Solutions website ("the Site") or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
2. Our Services
MB Regal Solutions provides business analytics consulting, data cleaning and structuring, custom dashboards and reports, professional digital setup (websites and business email), and analytics training and templates. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
3. No Guarantee of Results
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as increased revenue, bookings, or rankings. Decisions you make based on our analyses and dashboards remain your responsibility.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and timely access to the data, accounts, and materials reasonably needed for us to perform the services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any data you provide to us.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees, payment schedules, and any applicable taxes are set out in your engagement agreement or invoice. The initial 30-minute consultation is provided free of charge and creates no obligation.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, layouts) is owned by MB Regal Solutions and may not be reproduced without permission. Deliverables created for a client are licensed or assigned to that client as specified in the engagement agreement; pre-existing templates, frameworks, and know-how remain our property.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MB Regal Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Third-Party Tools and Links
Our services and the Site may rely on or link to third-party platforms (e.g., spreadsheet software, hosting, analytics, social media). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of those third parties.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quezon Province, Philippines.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
